Our OffRoad Systems Drawer systems uses a combination of an aluminium drawer and frame, as well as a highly developed, lightweight, waterproof plywood to dramatically reduce the weight, without compromising strength. In the wake of rising fuel costs and the need to reduce the stress that a vehicle endures whilst touring, we realise that it is essential to keep the weight that a vehicle is carrying, to a minimum.

All systems are upholstered in marine grade carpet and have removable drawer liners for easy cleaning. The system was designed to be removed simply and easily, and can be taken out of the car in your garage at home if needed. In most cases our systems mount to existing holes, eliminating the need to drill new holes in the vehicle. This means that if your want to take the system out to sell the car, you won’t have to deal with unsightly holes drilled into the floor. If you are putting off buying a system because you are thinking of upgrading your car, don’t. All of our systems are interchangeable from vehicle to vehicle. For a small fee, we will replace the top, base, locks and wings to suit your new vehicle.

I was looking for a custom rear drawer/ fridge system in my LC200 that was both high quality and flexible. We needed a system that was totally removable (so during school term we could put in the rear seats), but then be able to put the full drawer system when we go touring.
Most systems I checked out before contacting Offroad Systems were designed to be installed once and that was it. The other suppliers I spoke to were quite dismissive of my custom requirements. Their attitude was “take it or leave it”

Just want to say a big thank you to the team and Belinda at ORS, we have had our second system installed on our new 200 series back in 2021 our first was a system in our 2011 Hilux , we needed to have a small item fixed, they not just fixed it under warranty but also upgraded our draws and draw handles .
